How the Winning Number Is Picked
In each round, archers shoot a fixed quota of arrows at the target. Officials count how many arrows hit, then take the last two digits of that count. If 3,412 arrows hit the target, the teer result for the round is 12. This method has decided the Shillong teer result for decades.
